Privacy
The counter runs entirely in your browser. Every tap is saved to this browser’s local storage on this device only — it is never sent to us, to any server, or to any other device.
Comments
If you post a comment, we store your name and comment text (both shown publicly once approved), a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string — used only to catch spam and enforce a submission limit. We never store your raw IP address. Comments that are rejected as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Everything else
No cookies and no third-party or tracking scripts. To see which features get used, the site counts page views and a few anonymous events — such as “count started” — in aggregate. Each records only the event name, the page, your country and the referring site: no IP address, device identifier, count or capacity is stored with it, and nothing links one event to another. The attendance count itself never leaves your device — clearing your browser data or switching devices resets it, because there is nothing stored anywhere else to restore it from.
